Jurisdiction: England & Wales

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the SkopeOS Chrome Extension and completing the Onboarding Wizard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Target Audience: SkopeOS is designed specifically for solo freelancers.

• Registration: You must authenticate via a valid Google Workspace account to use the App.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate business identity information during the onboarding process.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Standard Tier: The standard Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for SkopeOS is £15 per month.

• Free Trials: New users may be eligible for a free trial period to evaluate the App's features.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in your account status being changed to "Trialing" or restricted.

4. "OG User" Tier (Early Adopters)

• Status: The "OG User" tier is a special designation for early adopters of SkopeOS.

• Discretion: Promotion to or removal from the OG Tier is at the sole discretion of the App Administrator.

• Benefits: OG Users may receive alternative subscription pricing or "Active" status without standard monthly billing.

5. Google Workspace Integration

• Dependency: SkopeOS relies on Google Drive, Calendar, and Contacts to function.

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your Google Workspace account. If you delete your "SkopeOS" root folder in Google Drive, the App may fail to function correctly.

• Service Limits: We are not responsible for any downtime or data loss caused by Google’s infrastructure or API limitations.

6. Data Ownership & The "Nuke" Policy

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all project, client, and lead data you enter into the App.

• Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account.

• The Nuke Clause: When an account is deleted via our Admin system, we perform a total purge. This includes your profile, all Projects, Clients, Tasks, and Leads. This action is irreversible.

7. Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: SkopeOS is provided "as is." While we track the total revenue managed on the platform for business health purposes, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes for your business.

• Revenue Calculations: Metrics provided in the Dashboard (e.g., Target Revenue, Pipeline) are estimates based on your input and should not be used as sole financial advice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SkopeOS if you violate these terms or if we are unable to verify your subscription status.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
